I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. I went in for eyebrow threading, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've had. My skin was burning badly afterward, and my eyebrows were left uneven and over-threaded. I was so upset that I ended up crying in my car in the parking lot. The staff member was kind and even offered not to charge me, which I appreciated. However, if she wasn't confident in her threading skills, I wish she had been honest from the beginning instead of attempting the service. As a customer, I still paid because I believe in paying for someone's time, even though I left disappointed. I don't usually complain about haircuts or beauty services, but this experience was heartbreaking. I wasted both my time and money, and now I have to wait for my eyebrows to grow back. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place for eyebrow threading.
